BEAT import

Writes into the real BEAT template, so sheet names, headers and colours match exactly. Each button downloads exactly one file.

BEAT holds one building per workbook. Only two of its twenty-five data sheets carry a building identifier, so five buildings gives five files in a zip, not one file with five rows. Roster writes only the two sheets that do support multiple buildings.
